Abstract
The study of semantic oppositions is extremely effective in determining language changes under the influence of interlinguistic and extralinguistic factors. The study of the semantic opposition «day guest / night guest» on the material of Korean paremias recreating human actions, attitudes, motives, habits, behavioral styles and interests revealed a number of features of the mutual influence of language and culture, and the interpersonal perception of people within one nation forms certain norms of morality, ethics, culture of communication, creating a socio-cultural background of their nation. The article attempts to determine the causes of particular cases of semantic oppositions, and the study of the interaction of semantic and word-formation processes retains a certain interest.

Keywords: semantic opposition, linguocultural processes, word formation processes, etymology, paremia, constant “guest”, national and cultural specifics.

Abstract
The results of treatment of pediatric patients with deformities of the bones forming the knee joint were analyzed. At the same time, it was found that in patients with frontal deformities over 30 degrees, as well as in patients with shortened limb segments over 10–15%, multiplanar deformities of the knee joint area are observed, one of which is a pronounced violation of the biomechanical axis of the limb. When analyzing the long-term results of treatment of patients with angular deformities of the bones that form the knee joint according to the traditional Ilizarov method, it was revealed that the restoration of the biomechanical axis of the limb does not occur when the deformity is eliminated due to the formation of a wedge-shaped distraction regenerate. The axle breaking is even getting worse. A feature of the traditional layout of the Ilizarov apparatus, when used in these cases, is the inability to restore the biomechanical axis of the limb. This is the reason for the overload of one of the femoral condyles and the development of early gonarthrosis and the patient’s disability. As for the occurrence of deformity recurrence in the postoperative period, it should be noted that one of them is the non-elimination of one of the multiplanar deformity components, in particular, the lack of correction of the biomechanical axis of the limb. Taking into account the causes of the above complications, we have developed additional units for the Ilizarov apparatus, which allow correct restoration of the limb axis at any stage of the formation of the distraction regenerate. We have proposed an algorithm for eliminating the deformity, taking into account the restoration of the limb axis, which makes it possible to achieve better long-term results in the treatment of this group of patients and prevent the development of early gonarthrosis.

Keywords: multiplanar deformity, pin-and-pin apparatus for external fixation, biomechanical limb axis, correction.

Abstract
Objective Purpose: to study the features of depressive symptoms in adolescents to optimize therapeutic and preventive measures. Material and methods: 111 adolescents aged 15 to 17 years, with the presence of depressive symptoms, were examined in the departments of the Clinical Hospital of the city of Tashkent. The Zung scale was used to determine the severity of depression and the Lichko questionnaire to establish character accentuation. Results: an analysis of the features of depressive symptoms in adolescents established the presence of a predominance of behavioral disorders in the clinical picture of the disease with a tendency to use psychoactive substances, disorders of intra-family relationships, and dysphoric reactions. Conclusion: Thus, the study of the features of depressive symptoms in adolescents found that dysphoric depression with significant behavioral disorders in persons with epileptoid character accentuation and anxiety depression in persons with psychasthenic character traits are most often formed during puberty. The results obtained will make it possible to identify important personal targets of psychotherapeutic work with patients prone to the development of depressive symptoms.

Keywords: adolescents; personal characteristics; emotional disorders; depression.

Abstract
Based on contemporary historiography, the reasons for the entry of the Soviet troops into Afghanistan in 1979 are reviewed, the factors that forced the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) to directly get involved in a long-drawn-out armed conflict are analyzed, and the planned and factual scale of the military presence is reported. The author notes that the Soviet troops were not prepared for a prolonged military campaign in Afghanistan and had fundamentally different military-political objectives. In the author’s opinion, the entry of the Soviet troops into Afghanistan was the initial stage of their subsequent deployment to the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China. The unique role of the Soviet special forces in the events under review is also discussed.

Keywords: armed conflict in Afghanistan 1979–1989; Soviet-Chinese relations; history of Soviet foreign policy.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the most important areas of activity of the modern economy, aimed at meeting the needs of people and improving the quality of life of the population. At the same time, unlike many other sectors of the economy, tourism does not lead to the depletion of natural resources. Being an export-oriented sphere, tourism shows greater stability compared to other industries in an unstable situation in world markets. The concept of innovation refers to both radical and gradual (incremental) changes in the products, processes and strategy of the organization (innovative activity). Based on the fact that the purpose of innovation is to increase the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, customer satisfaction of the organization, the concept of innovation can be identified with the concept of entrepreneurship – vigilance for new opportunities to improve the work of the organization (commercial, government, charitable).

Keywords: innovative activity, innovation, natural resources, domestic tourism.

Abstract

The analysis of the possibility of implementing V.I. Vernadsky’s noosphere in the most critical areas and points of development of the biosphere and human life is carried out. The tasks are solved to assess the potential of the formation of the noosphere, depending both on human activity and on the laws of nature: the development of the economy and the growth of scientific and technological progress, the sources and limits of long-term energetic and climate conditions, the stabilization of the Earth’s population, the preservation of the natural environment, the cessation of wars.

Keywords: Noosphere, critical point of development, eschatological concept, teleological principle, bifurcation point, systemic economic crisis, population stabilization, global warming, low-carbon energy, age distribution.
