Abstract
The research paper outlines findings of the cardiac cycle analysis (heart cycle). The cardiac cycle described in the paper demonstrates activity through curves reflecting pressure changes in the left and right heart cavities during one cardiac cycle. The research revealed that paired chambers are filled synchronically (simultaneously) in structures of each pair– left and right atria, left and right ventricles. The filling mechanisms differ for each pair.

Keywords: adjacent chambers; septal motion; interventricular septum; pressure gradients.
