The authors consistently describe the conceptual features of the considered constant and demonstrate their relationship with its figurative realizations and emotional and evaluative halo in the analyzed Internet texts. The authors present the value component of the constant, highlight its dominants and emphasize its ambivalence.<\/p><p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> Russian concept &#8220;new life&#8221;, cognitive and
