Substances dissolved in water cannot be filtered or precipitated using coagulants, removed using flotation, etc. Some of the impurities can be removed by physical and chemical methods, but the main part of them is in the solution. Effective treatment of such wastes is possible only if biotechnological methods of treatment are used.<\/p><p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> brewing production, biotransformation, biotechnology,
