Abstract<\/strong><\/p>

Tourism is one of the most important areas of activity of the modern economy, aimed at meeting the needs of people and improving the quality of life of the population. At the same time, unlike many other sectors of the economy, tourism does not lead to the depletion of natural resources. Being an export-oriented sphere, tourism shows greater stability compared to other industries in an unstable situation in world markets. The concept of innovation refers to both radical and gradual (incremental) changes in the products, processes and strategy of the organization (innovative activity). Based on the fact that the purpose of innovation is to increase the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, customer satisfaction of the organization, the concept of innovation can be identified with the concept of entrepreneurship – vigilance for new opportunities to improve the work of the organization (commercial, government, charitable).<\/p>
