Abstract
The article is devoted to the structural characteristics, principles of operation, and shortcomings of devices used to restore river channels that have lost their natural stability. It was determined that, the constructions of known sewage treatment plants are complex and their construction requires a large amount of construction materials, funds, and labor. Considering this, a drainage amelioration device called a light structure bottom net was developed. The proposed installation consists of a reinforced steel grid, tensioned steel cables, small pile supports, and connecting fastening elements. The article also proposed a calculation method for determining the recovery period of the damaged duct. It was determined that, flood flows play a very large role in the process of rehabilitation. Thus, it is possible to restore the river channel with a length of 4500 m, a width of 30 m, and a deformation depth of 9 m due to the bottom net within 7 hours due to the flood. However, in the normal case, that is, in the absence of flood flow, it takes 37.1 years to restore the channel.

DIFFERENT NEEDS BY AGE AND GENDER DIFFERENCES IN THE COMPANY TOWARDS TQM AND HS

PhD student, Business School, Georgian American University, Tbilisi, Georgia

Abstract
The efficacy of security and quality management practices in shaping organizational success is fundamental, yet its influence varies across different employee age groups and genders. This essay synthesizes scholarly literature to juxtapose the differential impacts of security and quality management practices on distinct age groups within the workforce. It highlights the significance of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Information Security Management (ISM) in enhancing organizational performance, emphasizing the varying preferences among age cohorts. Younger generations, such as Millennials and Generation Z, demonstrate a predilection for security measures, driven by their tech proficiency and reliance on digital interfaces. Conversely, older employees, including Baby Boomers and Generation X, prioritize quality management practices due to their experience and penchant for process refinement. However, the contextual relevance of these practices within industries and cultural frameworks warrants consideration, especially in highly regulated sectors like healthcare and finance. Similarly, the essay explores gender-specific disparities in the perception of security and quality management practices, citing research indicating differential priorities between men and women. Women tend to prioritize workplace safety, while men emphasize organizational asset protection. Studies also suggest gender variations in perceiving the impact of TQM, with women attributing higher significance to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Nevertheless, the contextual nuances in different industries, particularly those with heightened safety concerns, necessitate tailored approaches in implementing security and quality management practices. Ultimately, organizations must factor in age and gender dynamics when devising strategies to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of these practices, meeting the diverse needs of their workforce.

Abstract
The study of charge transfer processes in complex condensed systems occurring under the external electromagnetic influence makes it possible to expand information regarding the properties of the system significantly. One of the most demanded properties of a system is its behavior under the influence of an electromagnetic field of various frequency ranges [1 – 15]. In this regard, the study of electrochemical charge transfer processes and corresponding photoprocesses is the most easily accessible and promising. Naturally, correlations between the parameters of the charge phototransfer process and the parameters of the corresponding thermal processes are necessary.
The work considers charge transfer processes and single-photon charge phototransfer processes in electrochemical systems. Analytical relationships between the characteristic parameters of the processes considered are obtained, in particular in the range of parameters in which direct measurements are not always possible. Theoretical calculations were carried out for the cathodic processes of charge transfer and phototransfer, but the results can easily be generalized for the corresponding anodic processes.

Abstract
In twenty-first century on rapidly evolving world, the effective use of technology has become a crucial aspect of leadership. The ability to leverage technological advancements not only enhances efficiency and productivity but also allows leaders to make informed decisions, drive innovation, and stay ahead of the competition. Technology profoundly influences every aspect of our lives, transforming the way we interact, manage daily affairs, and conduct business. As a powerful tool for high-level management, technology assists in developing more effective leadership. Today’s leadership embraces change, learning, communication, and diversity. Undoubtedly, the impact of technology serves as the catalyst for a new style of leadership. Globally, the most successful leaders recognize the extent to which technology can support them in managing people. It can also support building teams, and monitoring work across all channels and locations worldwide. However, incorporating technology into leadership requires careful consideration of its feasibility, viability, and legality. In this exclusive study, author has taken effort to explore the theory of leadership, its development and challenges, along with idea to develop personal leadership.

THE MAIN IDEA OF STRUGGLE IN GERMAN EMIGRATION LITERATURE

Muslimova O.
Ph.D. in philology, associate professor

Abstract
As the author noted, one of the main topics of German emigration literature was the Second World War. This theme was reflected in works written in various genres. The revolutionary events that took place in Germany, the two world wars in which the country participated and was one of the main parties in both, bloody coups, and the establishment of the fascist dictatorship left an indelible mark on the works of all representatives of German literature of the 20th century.
The literary activity of brothers Thomas and Heinrich Mann, Hermann  Hesse, Leon Feuchtwanger,  Berthold  Brecht and others, who are prominent representatives of German emigration literature, during the emigration years is intertwined with their political activity. As the author shows, one of the issues that made T. Mann think deeply was the issue of the responsibility of the German intellectuals towards the fate of the country. According to T. Mann, the historical sin of the German intellectuals is that they artificially separated culture from politics, and as a result indirectly helped fascism to gain power. Despite all this, as the author noted, all the representatives of German emigration literature never put down their pens and fought against fascism with confidence and courage until their last breath, in a word, they became the “hitting” hand of the German people

Abstract
This study provides an extensive analysis of the use of Anglicisms in contemporary French, illustrating the multifaceted nature of linguistic borrowing and its implications for cultural and linguistic evolution. By examining a corpus of 250 Anglicisms across various domains—including technology and internet, business and economics, lifestyle and entertainment, and academic and scientific terminology—the research reveals the profound influence of English on the French language in the context of globalization and cultural exchange. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative analysis (frequency and statistical significance tests) with qualitative assessments (interviews, surveys, and thematic coding), this study highlights the dynamic interplay between language adaptation and cultural trends. The findings show a significant integration of English vocabulary in French, reflecting broader socio-cultural shifts and the global dominance of English in several domains. Additionally, the study explores the resistance to Anglicisms within French linguistic purism, suggesting a balance between linguistic evolution and the preservation of French linguistic heritage. This research contributes to the understanding of language change in the era of globalization, offering insights into the linguistic and cultural dynamics of Anglicism integration in French society.
