Abstract
The article presents and substantiates the basic principles of blood ozone oxygenation in the complex therapy of hemorheological disorders in highly traumatic surgical interventions. The mechanism of development of perioperative complications from the blood coagulation system, as well as the relationship of blood rheology with microcirculation features, is shown. The main mechanisms of ozone oxygenation in the treatment of patients with severe osteoarticular pathology are presented.
