Abstract
The article elaborates the main problems emerged in the process of language acquisition. The first challenge may be illiterate or unqualified teacher who demotivates the students  in the lesson process. Another  problem may be lack of teaching resources which reduces the quality of  learning. Sometimes, teacher domination may be the biggest obstacle in learning a foreign language. Age may sometimes become a matter in language learning. Improper use of language learning methodology can also impede the effective language acquisition.
