Abstract
This article presents a search for a solution to the problem of forming a fan culture in a sports organization, using the resources of fans not only during the competitive period. The authors scientifically substantiate an approach to creating a fan education program within a sports organization, which includes both a fan model and the interaction of subjects of training young athletes
