Abstract
To clarify the nature of the chemical interaction in the Bi2S3-Cu2Cr4Te7 system, physicochemical methods were carried out: differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray phase analysis (XRD), microstructural analysis (MSA), as well as determination of density and microhardness and a T-x phase diagram was constructed . The phase diagram of the system belongs to the quasi-binary eutectic type. The results of microstructure analysis show that the system contains homogeneous regions based on the initial components. It has been established that at room temperature in the Bi2S3-based system the content of solid solutions reaches 3 mol % Cu2Cr4Te7, and based on the Cu2Cr4Te7 compound, 15 mol % Bi2S3.

Keywords: system, solid solutions, eutectic, density, phase.

Abstract
From the first periods of the creation and formation of society and until now, livestock farming has always developed, improved and, if necessary, specialized as the main source of meat, milk, fat, eggs and honey.

Artificial insemination of animals, improving their breed composition and increasing productivity is one of the most important issues in our republic. By widely applying this advanced method, inseminating female animals with seeds from high-class sires, it is possible to prevent infertility, and at the same time a number of diseases that can be sexually transmitted during mating. The main goal of artificial insemination is the creation of new productive breeds and the replacement of unproductive local breeds with more productive breeds [6].

Abstract
One of the main conditions for the development of all areas of animal husbandry is the creation of a solid and full-value fodder base. Feed is a link between crop production, animal husbandry and industry. Intensive feeding in poultry farming is highly dependent on feeding birds with better quality and higher nutritional value feeds. So, the fodder intended for birds should be rich in macro-micro elements, vitamins and biologically active substances.

Keywords: poultry, breeding eggs, incubation, feed ration, macro-microelements, vitamins, zeolite.

Abstract
The growing of high-strength low-alloy steels use in the welded metal structures manufacture is accompanied by an increase in the requirements for the reliability of prediction results in the “composition-structure-properties” system. The fractal analysis methods use makes it possible to establish a metal structure characteristics numerical parameterization, the metallographic analysis of which gave only a qualitative assessment. The article shows the fractal analysis possibilities for the numerical evaluation of such of the structure of weld metal characteristics as the total length of grain boundaries, the distribution of dislocations at the grains structural boundaries, the distribution density of non-metallic inclusions accumulations with a distance less than 5r from one another. Thar was show the possibility of the structure and non-metallic inclusions numerical parametrization in the “structure-fractal-properties” system for predicting the mechanical properties of the low-alloy high-strength steels weld metal

Abstract
The article views the characteristics of mountain-valley winds in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the processes of the emergence of instant gusts of these winds.

Depending on the complex geographical conditions of the region, the characteristics of mountain-valley winds, their curvilinear flow around mountain valleys and narrow passages, and the dynamics of wind speed were analyzed, and the results of scientific research conducted to determine the current wind potential of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic were shown.

The results of the scientific research conducted on the causes and development of the instant wind gusts in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic have been shown. The impact of sudden wind gust on the environment was analyzed.

The researches caried out fully confirm the existence of the instant wind gust in the territory of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and how dangerous it is.

Abstract
The article analyses the presents considerations regarding the need for the formation and development of leadership qualities in future teachers in a higher education institution. Especially in modern conditions, it is very important to develop the leadership qualities of teachers. The transformation of education today calls for a new generation teacher – not just someone who will transfer knowledge and teach, but a facilitator in the child’s educational trajectory, a mentor, a coach and a mentor. That is why the role of the teacher-leader is a conceptual point of the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine and the concept of the New Ukrainian School. Actually, this involves “ensuring the personal development of a person according to his individual abilities and needs based on lifelong learning”, and the strategic direction is the reform of the education system based on the principle of the priority of the person [2, 4, 13].

Abstract
The problem of gender identity of adolescents is interested not only in Azerbaijan, but throughout the world. This problem requires in-depth and detailed scientific research to better understand its characteristics and impact on children and adolescents.

The purpose of this article is to explore certain aspects, especially the role of the family, in the formation of a child’s gender identity. We aim to analyze the scientific definition of the term gender identity as proposed by various scholars in the field. In addition, we want to explore the influence of families on the process of gender identity formation in children and adolescents. We will also consider the modern points of view of researchers on this topic in order to get a more complete understanding of the problem of gender identity of children and adolescents and its relevance in our time.

Keywords: gender identity, gender role, gender stereotype, gender socialization
