Abstract
To clarify the nature of the chemical interaction between InAs2S2Se2 and In3As2S3Se3, alloys of various compositions were synthesized. The chemical interaction in the InAs2S2Se2-In3As2S3Se3 system was studied using complex methods of physicochemical analysis: differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), microstructural analysis (MSA), as well as determination of density and microhardness, and a Tx phase diagram was constructed. It has been established that the state diagram of the InAs2S2Se2-In3As2S3Se3 system is quasi-binary, of the eutectic type. In the system at room temperature, solid solutions based on InAs2S2Se2 reach up to 3 mol %, and based on In3As2S3Se3 up to 10 mol %. The compounds InAs2S2Se2 and In3As2S3Se3 form a eutectic with a composition of 25 mol % In3As2S3Se3, temperature 265°C.
