Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present the application of the subcultural approach as an alternative and an opportunity to build a new theoretical base on the basis of which to explain the process of social change. The presentation is based on specific studies of the processes of transition from totalitarianism to democracy in Bulgaria.

Abstract
The article substantiates the inevitability of the emergence of artificial consciousness as a result of the development of artificial intelligence. The achievements of neurophysiology and cognitive psychology are used to argue this thesis. The basic stages through which any artificial or natural self-governing system must pass in order to reach the stage of consciousness and self-awareness are developed.

Abstract
Time is one of the key components of the worldview coordinate system. In this sense, it can also be defined as the magnitude and measure of socio-historical existence. The value of studying the time paradigm in terms of the dialectic of three layers of historical reality: past, present and future lies in identifying the historically original features of the existence in time not only of an individual but also of entire nations. At the same time, it is advisable to consider these concepts taking into account the unity of the moments of stability and variability of the process of time dynamics. It is thanks to the unity of these two components of development that it is possible to fully analyze the relationship between the three dimensions of time, both in the structural-functional and in the historical-cognitive aspects. Studying the problem in this way makes it possible to most clearly identify the features of changes in human history in a given period of time.

Abstract
The main ideas and goals of the philosophy of reform of cultural and spiritual life should include:
– overcoming negative cultural trends;
– developing the creative potential of society: the reform philosophy recognizes the importance of cultural and spiritual diversity and encourages the development and support of the creative potential of all members of society. This may include supporting and developing all areas of culture;
– overcoming spiritual crisis: the reform philosophy is based on the idea that many societies suffer from a lack of meaning and values, leading to a spiritual crisis. Reforms aim to find and create new values that can lead people to harmony and happiness;
– the reform philosophy recognizes the importance of respect for cultural traditions and historical heritage, but also calls for their transformation and adaptation to modern needs and values;
– successful changes through reforms require the active participation and support of society. Reforms should be based on democratic principles, taking into account the opinions and interests of different groups and individuals.
The culture of the information society is becoming increasingly decentralized, with people being able to create and disseminate information independently, without intermediaries. Therefore, it is important to develop critical thinking and information literacy skills in order to effectively evaluate information.
Modern information society requires revision of the system of values and principles of culture so that they reflect new realities and challenges. Freedom of information, privacy protection, critical thinking and information literacy become key aspects of the information society culture.

Abstract
This article highlights the tasks and goals of university education in Ukraine during the war with Russia (2022-2024). The role of the University in the educational space and society during the Russian-Ukrainian war is highlighted. Ukrainian universities remain centers of education, continuing to train highly qualified specialists and educate new scientists. The article proves that the university in such a difficult time of war is shaping the new culture of Ukraine. This new culture is created by the inseparable unity of two guilds: those who teach and those who learn.

Abstract
The idea of African philosophy has been debated by both African and non-African orientations as an impossible academic enterprise and the debate seem to favour the Afrocentric scholars. Although, the effort is aimed at proving the existence of African Philosophy and whether it has achieved it desired objectives. However, the problem that contemporary African philosophers grapples with inter alia, borders on the question of methods and critical approaches to doing an authentic African Philosophy. This expectedly has led to the polemics oscillating among excavationist, deconstructionist, reconstructionist, and conversationist approaches, A critical probe on the basic thesis and nature of these approaches reveals that they maintain divergent dispositions toward each other. This of course, constitutes retardation to the general quest to establishing authenticity significant to African Philosophy and culture one that is relevant in contemporary era of science and technology. This paper comparatively engages deconstructionist and reconstructionist as critical approaches fundamentally aims at seeking a synergy between these two apparently opposing orientations.  The work argues that, owing to the peculiarity of cultures and the universality in the nature of man, there cannot be entirely cultural peculiarity or universality in Philosophy. Therefore, given the African experience, Africa Philosophy should be situated conciously in a synthesis between the particularists and the universalists views.

Abstract

The innovative educational environment is described as well as the prospects for developing digital technologies are characterized. At the same time, high attention in this research paper was paid to the importance of the digital generation’s role in the reconstruction of Karabakh.
