Abstract
A family is a group of people living together who are related by formal marriage and consanguinity. In our constitution, which is considered the basic law, the provisions on family and marriage rights include father, mother, spouse, and children as family members. The family is considered as the basis of society and is under the special protection of the state. The state always guarantees the protection of all the rights of the family provided for in the legislation. In addition, the determination of paternity in family relations is under the direct control of the state, as it forms the basis of children’s rights.

Abstract
The rapid growth of computer technology will undoubtedly radically change the traditional methods and style of work of insurers in the near future, as well as the system of relationships between all participants in the insurance market. The structure, purpose, mode of operation, functions of the online representation of insurance companies are studied; the stages of the implementation of a mass insurance product are consistently revealed; the specifics of the work of online insurance sales are determined. Digital technologies contribute to the improvement of transformational processes in the insurance market.

Today, Kazakhstan’s e-insurance market is at the stage of formation and development. New technologies are penetrating deeper into the insurance industry and creating the basis for making radical changes to the programs offered by insurers. In addition, new digital technologies allow the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial market of the Republic of Kazakhstan to instantly receive important information on insurance and other financial organizations, promptly assess their condition and take timely measures. Thus, the risks of unfair behavior in the insurance market will be reduced in the future.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the issues of stimulation of foreign investment as a component of the state policy of foreign investment of Ukraine. In the process of research, the author concludes that stimulation is a set of methods of influence of state-authorized bodies on foreign investment processes, which are established by current legislation. The state enshrines in the provisions of the current legislation a system of legal and management measures, which are formed and implemented by special entities with the aim of regulating foreign investment relations for the socio-economic development of the state and which are carried out using a set of a number of methods, the application of which has a stimulating effect on foreign investors.

Based on the analysis of both scientific literature and the practice of investment activity, the author claims that the methods of state management and state regulation of foreign investment represent legally established methods of influence of management bodies on the object of management. Depending on the state’s chosen investment policy in the field of foreign investment, these methods can stimulate the activity of foreign investors. The incentive mechanism begins to operate when the use of one or another method creates more attractive economic conditions for foreign investors than those they have in other states.

Keywords: state policy of foreign investment, the concept of stimulation of foreign investment, types of stimulation in the content of the state policy of foreign investment.

Abstract
In international trade the essence of the sale of goods is mainly based upon the legal control over the goods within the whole transit. An absence of such control may lead to a range of disputes caused by legal mistakes made by parties of the contract. To this point, such kind of control may be realized through specific legal documents. However, the process of drafting legal documents should be the integral part of or at be in the compliance with the legal intentions that parties pursue.

The primary objective of the following study is based upon the indication of major functions of the interpretative ratios, aspects and angles under the legal control over the goods within the whole transit where the standards exist with no standards for that interpretational space of each statement under the contract law has its roots and developing edges for subjectivism and objectivism depending on what is prioritized to be evaluated. The evaluation of any statement shall exclude the ambiguity first. But the complexity lies in that such exclusion may be hard to apply into the intentions and motives of parties concluding the contract.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of reforming the sphere of financial services, which is conditioned by the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Financial Services and Financial Companies”. A thorough analysis of the innovations introduced by this Law was made. Emphasis is placed on significant changes in the field of financial services, scientific comments are made regarding the new definitions given in this normative legal act.

It was emphasized that the Law of Ukraine “On Financial Services and Financial Companies” introduces risk-oriented regulation and supervision. It is indicated that the new opportunities will make it possible to ensure proportionality, that is, small non-risky financial institutions will receive minimal attention from the regulator.

It has been proven that the Law of Ukraine “On Financial Services and Financial Companies” significantly facilitated the process of entering the market for financial companies and pawnbrokers, as well as their obtaining a license. It is emphasized that financial companies and pawnshops, if they are not enterprises that create public interest (we are talking about enterprises – issuers of securities, insurers, non-state pension funds, other financial institutions and enterprises that belong to large assets in terms of book value , net income and average number of employees), are able to outsource a number of their functions, such as: accounting, risk management, internal audit, compliance, etc. However, a mandatory condition is that they must inform the National Bank about it.
