Abstract
This article focuses in the assesment of the financial literacy level of students that attends college with no economic background. The level of financial education is very important for all individuals, but it takes a special importance for young people, since they are the ones who will encounter innovative products and services in their financial decisions for a longer time and they must be prepared for it. A low level of financial education means an increased risk in current and future decision-making, which would affect the quality of life of Albanian citizens. In order to evaluate the financial education level of students in addition to the descriptive analysis, are calculated: the global index for the level of financial literacy, as well as three partial indices for the level of: financial knowledge, financial attitude and financial behavior. To calculate the indices, primary data collected from the questionnaire were used and then the answers for each student were evaluated with points depending on the wrong or right answer, and then the evaluation was done on a scale from 1 to 100. The most important findings of the paper conclude with a low level of the index of financial knowledge, and a satisfactory level for the indices of financial attitude and financial behavior, concluding with an average value for the global index of financial education of students.

Abstract
This article explores the delicate balance between engineering considerations and operational preferences in power system projects, specifically focusing on the decision-making process regarding the use of soft starters versus transformer upgrades. The conventional reliance on soft starters is challenged, particularly in greenfield projects, where alternative solutions during the design phase may eliminate the need for soft starters altogether. The study delves into the economic feasibility and advantages of opting for larger transformers as a means to address challenges, such as voltage drops during motor startups. The article employs the Electrical Transient Analysis Program (ETAP) to construct a comprehensive model, considering factors like motor power, transformer load, and the need for soft starters. The study concludes that a higher-capacity transformer can effectively address challenges related to voltage drops and evaluates the cost implications, comparing expenses associated with larger transformers against the installation of soft starters. The article advocates for a nuanced approach in optimizing power system configurations, considering both short-term and long-term implications.

Abstract
Bakery products are among the most common food products, but they are prone to mold, which leads to an unpleasant odor, accumulation of mycotoxins, and spoilage of the product. This article presents the results of research and a comparative analysis of calcium propionate of different brands. The presented results demonstrate the positive effect of using calcium propionate and its salts on the positive dynamics of suppressing the agents of microbiological spoilage of bakery products. It was found that the best effect on the suppression of mold fungi was exerted by calcium propionate of the trademark “PROBAKE” in an amount of 0.2% to the mass of flour.

Abstract
The article deals with the method of automated semantic segmentation of ultrasound medical images using the Attention U-Net deep learning model. The advantages of using Attention blocks in neural network architectures for segmentation tasks are analyzed. To test the described algorithms, the Breast Ultrasound Images training dataset was chosen. The method described in the article allows for automating the process of detecting and preliminary classification of breast tumors based on the analysis of ultrasound images. As a result of training the Attention U-Net model, the Mean IOU value of 49.2% was obtained on the test set. The network can automatically classify the detected neoplasm as benign or malignant with an F1 Score of 0.87. The results indicate the prospects of using the Attention U-Net model in the tasks of analyzing ultrasound medical images. Ways to further improve the considered method are proposed.

Abstract
Grief and resilience are related in a complex way through the interaction of feelings, coping strategies, and adaptive reactions to loss. A natural and complicated process brought on by loss, grief tests a person’s capacity for coping with and adjusting to hardship on an emotional, psychological, and spiritual level. Nevertheless, there is room for development, change, and resiliency throughout the grieving process. The ability to bounce back from adversity, flourish in the midst of difficulties, and preserve mental health is resilience, and it is this ability that is essential to how people go through and deal with sorrow. Building resilience in the face of grieving entails developing coping mechanisms that function, creating social support systems, nourishing happy feelings, and discovering meaning and purpose in the midst of loss. Studies reveal that people who successfully use their resilience throughout a period of bereavement frequently have increased emotional strength, flexible coping mechanisms, and a feeling of growth after experiencing trauma. Through accepting the difficulties of bereavement, expressing their feelings, and practicing self-care, people can develop resilience that enables them to deal with the difficulties of loss and set off on a path to healing. The complex interplay between resilience and grieving highlights people’s extraordinary ability to persevere, adjust, and prosper in the face of severe loss and hardship. In order to enable people to traverse their grief journey with strength, courage, and hope, caregivers, mental health professionals, and communities must respect the mourning process, assist individuals in building resilience, and create a caring and understanding atmosphere. Accepting the connection between grief and resiliency provides understanding of the transformational potential of loss and the innate resiliency of every person.

Abstract
Gymnastics can be can be challenging and even unsafe and stressfull related to intense pressure to succeed, and embarrassment of poor performance in a competition (White & Bennie, 2015). A lot of studies have been argued that these are opportunities to develop psychological skills and characteristics that can be translated into behaviors that may be useful throughout the athlete’s lifetime (White & Bennie, 2015). For example, gymnastics can aid in the development of coping strategies, to manage stress occuried the games (Thelwell, Such, Wetson, Such & Greenlees, 2010). White and collegues (2015) found that because gymnasts perform in competitions at a young age, they subsequently develop self-confidence as a result of being exposed to and handling this unique pressure,  and they concluded that the athletic atmosphere, the relationships between the athletes, coaches and peers, along with the coaching styles they experience, have been shown to influence the progression of the athlete’s self-efficacy and resilience (White & Bennie, 2015).
In the article, interpersonal relations are analyzed as one of the factors that determine the success of gymnasts, and the ideas and thoughts existing in the scientific and psychological literature in this direction are systematized. As it is known, events occurring in the environment, as well as the behavior of people around them, affect gymnasts. These factors can manifest themselves in both positive and negative directions. It is true that one issue should be kept in mind here that although this does not affect the behavior of elite athletes, it directly affects the results of inexperienced athletes who have just started gymnastics. It is noted that, in addition to the mentioned, it has an important influence on this process in family relations. Establishing interpersonal relations in the family in the right direction has a positive effect on both the moral and psychological state of the athlete, as well as on his interactions with teammates. The presence of family relationships, the sincere attitude of parents to their children and their support in this way, of course, have a positive effect on both the personality qualities of athletes and the results of competitions. One of the factors that have an important influence on the social psychological preparation of gymnasts is the coach-athlete relationship.
