Abstract
For the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) and the prevention of recurrent attacks of angina, coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is considered the most effective method. This operation provides a significant improvement in heart function in 75-80% of cases. This operation provides a significant improvement in heart function in 75-80% of cases. Often the course of the postoperative period in patients with coronary heart disease with concomitant oncological pathology is accompanied by an anxiety-depressive state. To improve the results of surgical treatment, psychological correction methods are used. Despite a significant amount of work on the study of the characteristics of the mental state of cardiac patients, many aspects of this problem remain insufficiently studied. A significant portion of researchers associate the deterioration in the quality of life of cardiac patients with the characteristics of the clinical course of the disease. The source of stress is the fact of being diagnosed with a serious, life-threatening disease in connection with entrenched ideas about the incurability of oncological pathology. In addition, surgical interventions are accompanied by negative emotional experiences. Their result is neuropsychic disorders of varying nature and severity, primarily asthenoneurotic, anxiety and depressive disorders. At the same time, such psychological aspects as the characteristics of the cognitive sphere (CS) of the patient’s personality and their dynamics, as a rule, remain out of focus. The above determined the problem of this study.

Abstract
The author considers the advantages, disadvantages and methods of preventing complications in the prosthetics of patients with fixed overdentures. It has been proven that individual planning of the design of a subperiosteal implant allows creating the most correct location of the support heads in their required number and ensures high-quality fixation of the prosthesis, leaving a specific clinical situation.

Abstract
331 patients with schizophrenia took part in the study: 252 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia (main group) and 79 patients with positive symptoms of schizophrenia (comparison group). The research used a comprehensive approach, consisting in the use of psychometric (personal and social functioning scales (PSP)) and statistical research methods. The analysis of the features of social functioning in patients with schizophrenia made it possible to determine that patients with negative symptoms were characterized by the presence of significant violations in socially useful activities and personal and social interaction. In patients with positive symptoms of schizophrenia, significant violations in the field of self-care and in the field of aggressive behavior patterns were noted. The obtained data can be used to create treatment and rehabilitation programs and improve the strategy of psychocorrective care for patients with schizophrenia.

Abstract

Introduction

In our study, we focused on a group of young men’s with a testosterone level below the average values of the standard for a prolonged period and the changes in the blood glucose and serum lipids values.

Methods

From January 2013 to December 2019 at the Andrological office we examined 73 men aged 37 to 45 years with normal or elevated body mass index and a testosterone level below the average values of the standard for a prolonged period. We selected a control group of 20 age-matched men.

Results

In the patients, we obtained, although within reference limits, reliably lower values for total serum testosterone compared to those of the control group (p<0.001). We found significant differences in mean levels of blood glucose and serum lipids between the study men and those of the control group (p<0.001).

Conclusions

Our studies unequivocally show that even at a young age, some men, regardless of their BMI, have certain deviations in the normal secretion of testosterone. Along with that, changes in the blood glucose and serum lipids were observed, which, differed significantly from the same parameters in their peers with a high degree of normality the serum testosterone level. The changes we have found, probably (?) reversible with lifestyle changes, but if ignored can lead to metabolic syndrome at a later age.

Abstract
The results of treatment of pediatric patients with deformities of the bones forming the knee joint were analyzed. At the same time, it was found that in patients with frontal deformities over 30 degrees, as well as in patients with shortened limb segments over 10–15%, multiplanar deformities of the knee joint area are observed, one of which is a pronounced violation of the biomechanical axis of the limb. When analyzing the long-term results of treatment of patients with angular deformities of the bones that form the knee joint according to the traditional Ilizarov method, it was revealed that the restoration of the biomechanical axis of the limb does not occur when the deformity is eliminated due to the formation of a wedge-shaped distraction regenerate. The axle breaking is even getting worse. A feature of the traditional layout of the Ilizarov apparatus, when used in these cases, is the inability to restore the biomechanical axis of the limb. This is the reason for the overload of one of the femoral condyles and the development of early gonarthrosis and the patient’s disability. As for the occurrence of deformity recurrence in the postoperative period, it should be noted that one of them is the non-elimination of one of the multiplanar deformity components, in particular, the lack of correction of the biomechanical axis of the limb. Taking into account the causes of the above complications, we have developed additional units for the Ilizarov apparatus, which allow correct restoration of the limb axis at any stage of the formation of the distraction regenerate. We have proposed an algorithm for eliminating the deformity, taking into account the restoration of the limb axis, which makes it possible to achieve better long-term results in the treatment of this group of patients and prevent the development of early gonarthrosis.

Abstract
Objective Purpose: to study the features of depressive symptoms in adolescents to optimize therapeutic and preventive measures. Material and methods: 111 adolescents aged 15 to 17 years, with the presence of depressive symptoms, were examined in the departments of the Clinical Hospital of the city of Tashkent. The Zung scale was used to determine the severity of depression and the Lichko questionnaire to establish character accentuation. Results: an analysis of the features of depressive symptoms in adolescents established the presence of a predominance of behavioral disorders in the clinical picture of the disease with a tendency to use psychoactive substances, disorders of intra-family relationships, and dysphoric reactions. Conclusion: Thus, the study of the features of depressive symptoms in adolescents found that dysphoric depression with significant behavioral disorders in persons with epileptoid character accentuation and anxiety depression in persons with psychasthenic character traits are most often formed during puberty. The results obtained will make it possible to identify important personal targets of psychotherapeutic work with patients prone to the development of depressive symptoms.
