Abstract
Actuality. Acute infectious diseases of the upper respiratory tract (URI) accompanied by cough occupy an important place among children’s respiratory pathologies. Thus, the incidence of acute respiratory infections (ARIs) among children is 4-5 times higher than that of adults and accounts for more than 90% of all infectious and parasitic diseases. In this regard, the highest indicators are recorded before school, especially in the first 3 years. Acute bronchitis (AB), which is caused by infectious damage to the lower respiratory tract, is considered one of the most common diseases in children. The incidence of KB in the pediatric population is 75-250 per 1000 children. Acute obstructive bronchitis (COB) means an inflammatory disease of the bronchial tree with symptoms of obstruction, in other words, symptoms of bronchial permeability disturbance. The course of COPD in children is accompanied by weak productive cough, increased vocal whistling, tachypnea and distant dry rales. Presented in this article, in addition to interpreting the modern ideas about the etiopathogenesis, classification and clinical-diagnostic features of acute bronchitis in children, as well as the results of our research in the direction of studying the therapeutic effectiveness of JOSET as a combined broncholytic drug used in the treatment of acute obstructive bronchitis. described.

Abstract
We studied and analyzed data on the prevalence of ischemic stroke in Almaty (stroke center of the clinic) from January 2022 to January 2023. During this period, 423 patients with a clinical diagnosis of “Acute cerebrovascular accident” applied to the stroke center, of which 126 patients were diagnosed with cerebral infarction. We selected 78 cases where ischemic stroke developed. The Rankin, Ashworth, Rivermead scale involves the use of data obtained as a result of examining the neurological status of a patient with a stroke using the NIHSS scale. Early recovery of movement disorders depends on the correct and consistent initiation of such measures as positional treatment, passive and active therapeutic exercises, and verticalization. Rehabilitation specialists , relatives and friends can help restore impaired functions after an ischemic stroke and adapt to social activity.

Abstract
Among the main problems of orthopedic dentistry, the treatment of complete absence of teeth occupies one of the most important places. The production of dentures with optimal functional efficiency includes, as a mandatory step, taking an impression from edentulous jaws. The impression is an information link between the doctor and the dental technician, and the accuracy of the impression largely determines the quality of orthopedic treatment.

Abstract
An important problem in the field of public health in Ukraine is determined by correlation of integrated care and quality of medical services needed by patients with socially significant infectious diseases. Implementation of a modern and science-based health care system is the key to reduce the risk of infectious agents spreading and emergence of uncontrolled epidemics and pandemics.
