Abstract
When corona wires, partial discharges and corona of insulators and fittings, sparking in the contacts of linear fittings, radio interference occurs. The harmful effects of a person’s stay in a strong electric field depend on the field strength E and on the duration of its exposure. Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means (EMC) is the ability of a technical means to function with a given quality in a given electromagnetic environment and not create unacceptable electromagnetic interference to other technical means. Corona discharge on power lines interferes with radio and television reception, as well as acoustic noise. Currently, there is no software for assessing the electromagnetic compatibility of overhead lines. Mathematical modeling of the influence of corona wires of overhead lines, electromagnetic interference, corona discharge, radio interference in wires is considered. Radio interference on overhead lines can occur both due to corona on wires, and due to partial discharges and corona on insulators, breakdown or overlap of defective insulators, corona on linear fittings and spacers of split-phase wires, as well as due to sparking in poor contacts of linear fittings, spacers wires and between insulators. The EMC software was developed to assess the environmental impact of high voltage AC transmission lines. On the example of a 500 kV overhead line results of simulation are represented.

Abstract
The article discusses the issue of antiwear properties of traditional and alternative diesel fuels. The main goal of this work was the theoretical and experimental studies on the effect of alternative biodiesel fuels (on a plant basis) on the change in the antiwear properties of traditional diesel fuels. Also, the goal was to study the effect of the magnetic field on the antiwear properties of diesel and alternative diesel fuels. Experimental studies have been conducted for the antiwear properties of traditional and alternative diesel fuels based on biocomponents obtained from rye oil.

The article conducted an examination of different types of data and data analysis and their main stages. Data analysis is the process of researching, manipulating and modeling data to uncover useful concepts and insights that can be used to make business decisions. There are different types of information analysis that organizations can use for their own purposes and techniques. This includes analytics and generalized descriptive analytics. Each type serves a different purpose and offers unique information concepts. Furthermore, data analysis is usually divided into stages such as data collection, data processing, data analysis and information visualization. Understanding the basic stages of these types and data analytics can help better leverage businesses and gain competitive advantage.

Abstract

The study shows the effective application of sentinel-2 images in analyzing the current state of urban surface water drainage in Bien Hoa city. The extraction of each component of water, vegetation and impervious surface based on NDVI, MNDWI and NDBI indexes has contributed very effectively in the formation of the composite cover map. Overall classification accuracy T = 0.92, Kappa coefficient = 0.87. Asymptotic analysis with the QGIS tool was used to determine the minimum distance from any point in the urban area to the natural permeable surface. The isolation of urban cover surface helps to determine the ratio of impervious surface and natural permeable surface within Bien Hoa city wards. The results of asymptotic analysis have shown that the central wards of Bien Hoa have 3-5 times higher access distance to the natural permeable surface than the suburban wards, corresponding to the ratio of impervious surface area/natural permeable surface between them. The coefficient of variation according to the statistical results of asymptotic distance is an important basis for evaluating the degree of interlacing of areas with impervious surfaces with areas with natural permeable surfaces. Research results have located the spatial distribution and characteristics of areas with high potential for flooding in Bien Hoa city, those are the downtown areas with an impervious surface ratio >60% and the access distance to the naturally permeable surface >120m. This result will be very useful in sustainable urban drainage planning.

Abstract
In recent years, the deeper study of the electrical properties of bodies by modern physical methods has created new correct ideas about the distribution, release and movement of electrons in solid and liquid bodies. The ability to control the concentration, lifetime, mobility, and motion of free electrons (as well as holes) in a group of solids has made it possible to appropriately change the electrical properties of those bodies as required by technology. This raises electrical engineering to a new stage of development.It is enough to note that semiconductors can be called the armory of modern electrical engineering, as well as their role in the creation of new scientific and technical fields. By means of semiconductors, an alternating electric current is rectified, a weak current is amplified, the energy of heat, ordinary and radioactive rays is converted into electricity, nuclear particles are counted, a weak electron stream is multiplied, sound energy is converted into electricity and vice versa, cooling is achieved with electricity, catalysis is carried out in a number of chemical reactions, electricity current and voltage are regulated in the lines, complex processes are automated, ferromagnetic metals are replaced in a number of places, etc.Based on a number of experiments, modern physics confirms that the atom is a complex electrical system consisting of a positively charged nucleus and negatively charged electrons. Electrons move in complex orbits around the nucleusFor semiconductor rectifiers, especially for special selenium rectifiers, the study of thermal conductivity is as important as electrical conductivity. In selenium rectifiers, a small amount of chlorine, bromine or iodine additives are added to the semiconductor in order to reduce the rectification resistance.

Abstract
The main ideas and goals of the philosophy of reform of cultural and spiritual life should include:
– overcoming negative cultural trends;
– developing the creative potential of society: the reform philosophy recognizes the importance of cultural and spiritual diversity and encourages the development and support of the creative potential of all members of society. This may include supporting and developing all areas of culture;
– overcoming spiritual crisis: the reform philosophy is based on the idea that many societies suffer from a lack of meaning and values, leading to a spiritual crisis. Reforms aim to find and create new values that can lead people to harmony and happiness;
– the reform philosophy recognizes the importance of respect for cultural traditions and historical heritage, but also calls for their transformation and adaptation to modern needs and values;
– successful changes through reforms require the active participation and support of society. Reforms should be based on democratic principles, taking into account the opinions and interests of different groups and individuals.
The culture of the information society is becoming increasingly decentralized, with people being able to create and disseminate information independently, without intermediaries. Therefore, it is important to develop critical thinking and information literacy skills in order to effectively evaluate information.
Modern information society requires revision of the system of values and principles of culture so that they reflect new realities and challenges. Freedom of information, privacy protection, critical thinking and information literacy become key aspects of the information society culture.

Abstract
The modern world is complex, interesting, and multifaceted. Advertising and computer technologies are constantly improving. Political parties also use various manipulative practices to influence public opinion. The information space, filled with advertising on all possible platforms, is becoming a powerful source of influence on people’s minds. How can the human mind be independent in such conditions? Are there any defences against external influence on our thoughts? Perhaps critical thinking is the key tool that can help a person protect their freedom and independence in the world of information violence. A thinking person will always strive for freedom. Confirmation of this can be found in Spinoza’s «Theological – Political Tractatus».

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the development of a model for creating a safe educational environment in times of armed conflict and its experimental verification. The primary goal of the research is to ensure the safety and harmonious development of the educational process for learners in the context of armed conflict. The authors identify key principles of the model, such as humanization, purposefulness, unity of upbringing and learning, humanization, connection with life, societal, and professional orientation. Organizational and methodological conditions for the successful implementation of the model are outlined, including the application of various methods to shape the motivation of teachers and their readiness for the design and implementation of a safe educational environment. The study analyzes the duration and stages of teachers’ readiness formation, distinguishing the basic-propaedeutic, technological, and professional mastery stages. The research results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed model and advocate for its integration into the educational process to establish a safe educational environment during times of armed conflict.
