Abstract
Methods for filtering the high-frequency component of an image were studied in the work. Based on the simulation results, it was found that a high-pass filter copes with this task most effectively: butterworth filter, which can quickly perform processing, and after its application the image retains a large informative component. Ideal and Gaussian high-frequency filters also showed acceptable results; they are only slightly inferior in performance and preservation of the information content of image elements. Difference filters turned out to be less effective, showing the longest processing time, and after their application a large amount of useful information can be lost.

TECHNOLOGY IS TRANSFORMING THE EDUCATION SYETEM IN MODERN ERA

Hossain K.
PhD is the former Head of Dept NAME, MIST; and professor/researcher/Examiner of BUET, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Abstract
Technology is always intended to save time, boost efficiency, and make it easier to do certain physical or mechanical tasks. Almost all educational concerns, including school activities, have been mechanized by technology. True, why should a youngster or student learn the fundamentals of math when they can utilize a calculator on their phone? Or why should a youngster or student learn spelling, grammar, or writing style when autocorrection software is available? As a result of what began as a good purpose, future generations will be unable to accomplish basic cognitive tasks without the aid of technology. It is also true that when children or students rely on technology to handle every difficulty in education or at school/institute, they progressively lose their problem-solving talents, which are in high demand. Although digital or smart technologies have been shown to improve student advancement and project collaboration, many people ignore their biological need for real-time interaction, which is the only solution to such a peculiar problem. We have known for thousands of years that we have lived as social beings, and we now believe that we can simply fool our genetic propensity. Today, the quantity of explicit information available on the internet or online is astounding, and there are no age limitations, so children/students may easily access it. Furthermore, web access interferes with children’s/students’ physical activity, sleep, sociability, teacher-student connection, and so on. This is a research article that examines how technology is transforming the education system in this modern era along with benefits and drawbacks of technology in education in 21st century.

Abstract
In the first half of the 20th century, the burgeoning wave of scientific and technological innovations underscored the imperative of efficient scientific communication. Within the rapidly expanding frontiers of scientific disciplines, the process of naming newly discovered concepts emerged as a cornerstone directly influencing language. While the creation and utilization of terminology has perennially held significance in the scientific realm, the 20th century ushered in a new era marked by the globalization of knowledge through the expansive reach of communication technologies.

In response to this transformative backdrop, institutions and specialized fields dedicated to the study of terminology emerged, effectively orchestrating terminological activities across multiple languages. This study conducts a comprehensive exploration into the contextual factors that precipitated the establishment of terminology as a distinct field of study, critically examining its contemporary state from a multifaceted perspective.

Through a meticulous survey of historical trajectories and a discerning analysis of the impact of technology on global scientific communication, this article presents a comprehensive understanding of the formation and the current status of terminology studies. It underscores the pivotal role of terminology in facilitating precision and clarity in specialized discourse and ultimately fostering efficient communication in the dynamic landscape of 20th-century science.

Abstract
Abu-al-Tayyab Ahmad bin Husain known as Al-Mutanabbi is a very famous Arabic poet from the Abbasid period. He was born in 915 AD in Kufa, Iraq and died in 965 AD. He was the court poet of Saif-al-Daulah of Aleppo for whom he composed most of his poems. This is Mutanabbi whose poems keep Saif-al-Daulah alive in the history of the Arab world. Al-Mutanabbi composed his best poems for him. Al-Mutanabbi is one the greatest, most prominent and influential poets of Arabic language. His poetry has been translated into several important languages of the world. Although his poetry largely comprises the odes in praise of the kings, viziers, and governors he visited during his lifetime, his greatness lies in his sharp intelligence and wittiness. He was very talented and a genius. In his poetry he has discussed topics of philosophy of life, the courage which was so favourite to Arab poets, and the description of battles. When he used to write satires, it would be very painful for the person it was intended for. One of the best examples of this type of poetry is a satirical poem which he composed in the satire of Kafur Ikhshidi, the king of Egypt. He uses beautiful similes and metaphors in his poetry. Al-Mutanabbi is one of the very popular poets of Arabic and his poems are still widely popular in the Arab world.

Abstract
This article shows that to organize the research work of schoolchildren, teachers resort to the project methodology, as one of the effective methods of our time, based on the methodology of cooperation and problem-based learning that meets the requirements of a student-centered approach to teaching. In the process of such training, schoolchildren learn to think logically, scientifically, creatively, and experience confidence in their abilities. It is concluded that project activity contributes to the development of all types of universal educational actions of students (regulatory, communicative and cognitive), as well as a more comprehensive achievement of subject and personal results.

Abstract
Audio-visual method combines vision and sound which are very effective in foreign language learning. Films, clips, TV show programs and newslines in English are of great significance in L2 acquisition. The usage of native language is ignored while teaching the foreign language through this method. Application of Audio-visual materials only lacks speaking skill. Since there is no one to build up a communication with. A learner can easily polish his/her reading, writing and listening skills. However, all these three skills help to develop speaking skill, as well. The Audio-visual method is composed of educational digital materials. For this reason, it is sometimes called educational material. Hence, “audio-visual aids” or teaching materials refer to such technologies which  attempt to make knowledge understandable to us through our senses.
