Abstract
In twenty-first century on rapidly evolving world, the effective use of technology has become a crucial aspect of leadership. The ability to leverage technological advancements not only enhances efficiency and productivity but also allows leaders to make informed decisions, drive innovation, and stay ahead of the competition. Technology profoundly influences every aspect of our lives, transforming the way we interact, manage daily affairs, and conduct business. As a powerful tool for high-level management, technology assists in developing more effective leadership. Today’s leadership embraces change, learning, communication, and diversity. Undoubtedly, the impact of technology serves as the catalyst for a new style of leadership. Globally, the most successful leaders recognize the extent to which technology can support them in managing people. It can also support building teams, and monitoring work across all channels and locations worldwide. However, incorporating technology into leadership requires careful consideration of its feasibility, viability, and legality. Abstract
We modified the mathematical model of the influence of convective aerosol removal (CR) from desert surfaces on near-surface air temperature, which we previously developed for “ideal” conditions (the absence of vegetation cover and the presence of wind loads – calm weather conditions) [1, 30].
During field experiments to validate the model, a significant influence of wind and vegetation cover on the thermal effect of convective aerosol removal (CR) was revealed, causing significant discrepancies between model and experimental data. Based on the obtained empirical dependences of the thermal impact of CR F on wind speed and the general projective cover of vegetation, as well as changes in some parameters of the model of convective aerosol removal (MCR), the MCR-2 version was developed taking into account real operating conditions.
According to the results of the implementation of MCR -2 for the territory of the Southern Aral Sea region in the warm period of the year (May-October) in desert zones, an increase in temperature in the near-surface layer is noted, on average, by 3.5 ° C, as a result of convective removal of aerosol. This value is very significant, which indicates the need to take into account the convective removal of aerosol in prognostic and climate models of surface air temperature in desert areas.

Abstract
Technology is always intended to save time, boost efficiency, and make it easier to do certain physical or mechanical tasks. Almost all educational concerns, including school activities, have been mechanized by technology. True, why should a youngster or student learn the fundamentals of math when they can utilize a calculator on their phone? Or why should a youngster or student learn spelling, grammar, or writing style when autocorrection software is available? As a result of what began as a good purpose, future generations will be unable to accomplish basic cognitive tasks without the aid of technology. It is also true that when children or students rely on technology to handle every difficulty in education or at school/institute, they progressively lose their problem-solving talents, which are in high demand. Although digital or smart technologies have been shown to improve student advancement and project collaboration, many people ignore their biological need for real-time interaction, which is the only solution to such a peculiar problem. We have known for thousands of years that we have lived as social beings, and we now believe that we can simply fool our genetic propensity. Today, the quantity of explicit information available on the internet or online is astounding, and there are no age limitations, so children/students may easily access it. Furthermore, web access interferes with children’s/students’ physical activity, sleep, sociability, teacher-student connection, and so on. This is a research article that examines how technology is transforming the education system in this modern era along with benefits and drawbacks of technology in education in 21st century.

Abstract
The interaction of manganese atoms with atoms of group VI elements (S, Se, Te) in the silicon lattice has been studied. The formation of electrically neutral molecules with ionic-covalent bonds between Mn atoms and group VI elements, which possibly lead to the formation of new binary unit cells Si2BVI++Mn in the silicon lattice, has been experimentally established. It has been established that in Si <S, Mn> samples, intense complexation occurs at a temperature of T=1065˚C, respectively.

Abstract
This article shows that the version of the special theory of relativity (STR) presented in all physics textbooks is incorrect, since relativistic formulas obtained therein are incorrect. They are incorrectly explained using the wrong principle of non-exceeding the speed of light and have led to incorrect conclusions about the physical unreality of imaginary numbers and the existence in na-ture of only our visible universe. This version of the STR proved to be in demand only because its authors were not able to explain physical sense of imaginary numbers. The article provides three proofs of physical reality of imaginary numbers and explains their physical sense in the theory of linear electric circuits, relativistic physics and astrophysics. This made it possible to obtain cor-rected relativistic formulas, from which appropriate conclusions were drawn.

Abstract
The generation of learners today is very different from those that existed before the internet revolution, online education, or digital learning. The learning environment is made more dynamic by technology. As technology develops, classrooms are being remodeled and reinvented in a variety of ways to meet the growing needs of contemporary digital learners. The internet has become into an essential informational resource. A child can increase their knowledge by reading one of the many children’s books available online. It supports their development of independence and self-assurance as learners. Children have access to a multitude of knowledge on the internet that might spark their interest in reading, which is another benefit. The imaginations of youngsters cannot be restrained.Kids today have access to laptops, iPads, and so much more to help them make those ideas a reality. Students can still use pens and paper, but instead of drawing a picture they can now create a 3D animation. They work hard to use their ideas more creatively and to try out new things. Their potential for learning is enhanced, which will help them perform better in the future. On the other side, it is the most concerning result of kids and students using technology without adult supervision. It’s shocking how much sexual content there is to be found online. Unsupervised technology access will therefore be more simpler as a result.Most websites that publish this kind of stuff have no limitations on who can view it, so kids can easily access them. Furthermore, if guardians haven’t adequately taught their children about fundamental online safety, dangerous people online can easily trick youngsters into giving indecent photos, financial information, and security information. Online access also interferes with kids’ and students’ sleep, socializing, physical activity, teacher-student connection, and other activities. This is an analytical research on how technology affects education, along with a detailed analysis of the advantages and difficulties it presents for kids or students.
